This course gives learners the opportunity to learn engineering and electrical skills while improving their maths and English grades to a pass mark.
Learners study a combination of engineering and electrical disciplines in our dedicated workshops and also compile a portfolio. Progression to further electrical or engineering courses is usually the next step from this qualification.

Three GCSEs at grade D/3 and a positive reference.
On completion of the course you will have the opportunity to progress onto the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Engineering, offered here at Loughborough College and/or provide the basis from which to apply for an engineering apprenticeship.
